I believe that true healing begins when we feel seen.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional who works with adults navigating the lasting impact of abuse, relational trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of how to move forward — especially after years of trying to “hold it all together.”

My approach is compassionate, friendly, and direct. I value realness in the therapy room and work well with clients who appreciate honesty, gentle challenge, and a bit of humor as we make sense of life’s harder moments. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and safe enough to begin reconnecting with our own inner wisdom.

I use a range of evidence-informed modalities tailored to your unique needs — including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure-based strategies. My work focuses on helping you reclaim your identity after trauma, feel more grounded in your body and life, and learn to regulate the systems that have been impacted by long-term stress or adversity.

In addition to therapy, I also offer coaching for clients seeking guidance in areas such as identity work, boundary setting, spiritual deconstruction, and navigating relationships with more clarity and confidence.

No matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you as you move toward healing, integration, and greater self-trust.
