I believe that growth happens when you feel understood, and when you start shifting how you view yourself…

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and clinical trauma professional who works with adults navigating the lasting impact of abuse, relational trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of how to move forward — especially after years of trying to “hold it all together.”

My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and direct. I value honesty and realness in the therapy room and connect well with clients who appreciate gentle challenge, authentic conversation, and even a little humor while making sense of life’s harder moments. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel seen and understood, and when it becomes safe enough to start relating to ourselves in new ways.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches that are tailored to each person’s needs — including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure-based strategies (ERP). Together, we work on reclaiming identity after trauma, becoming more grounded in body and life, and strengthening the nervous system after long-term stress or adversity.

Beyond therapy, I also offer coaching for those seeking support in areas such as identity exploration, boundary setting, high-control group and cult recovery, and navigating relationships with more clarity and confidence.

No matter where you find yourself right now, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll walk alongside you as you move toward growth, integration, and greater trust in yourself.
