    Therapy helps clients:

    • Treat & diagnose disorders based on symptoms

    • Space for emotional processing

  • Goal: Supporting growth, clarity, and personal empowerment

    Coaching focuses on:

    Coaching might be right for you if you:

    • Are feeling stuck, lost, or spiritually confused

    • Want to untangle beliefs from fear or shame

    • Are deconstructing from religion but aren’t in a mental health crisis

    • Crave direction, growth, and a safe place to ask big questions

    • Want tools and support to move forward

  • Goal: Healing mental health challenges and trauma

    Therapists are trained and licensed professionals who can treat:

    • PTSD, Anxiety, depression, or panic attacks, for example

    • Complex trauma from relational abuse

    • Family of origin wounds

    • Grief, dissociation, or emotional dysregulation

    Therapy might be right for you if you:

    • Feel emotionally overwhelmed, numb, or unsafe

    • Are dealing with past abuse from a religious figure or community

    • Experience panic, nightmares, flashbacks, or depression

    • Need support with mental health diagnoses

    • Are in crisis or struggling to function day-to-day

  • You don’t have to choose one or the other. Many people benefit from both at different times. If deeper healing is needed, a coach may refer you to a therapist. If you’re ready to move forward and rediscover your voice, a coach can guide that process.

  • Let’s talk about where you are and what kind of support would serve you best. Coaching is always trauma-informed, but not trauma-treating.
